If you know me, you know smoothies are one of my FAV drinks! Whenever I spot a little coffee shop or café I always run in to see if they have any berry or good ol’ strawberry banana smoothie! Such a good, refreshing treat but I never feel guilty having one!
I’m into all types of smoothies, berry, with chocolate, fruit smoothies, and even green smoothies like ones with spinach and cucumber! It’s such a great way to get a bundle of nutrients while enjoying something fun! Plus I always feel extra cute carrying around some type of smoothie in a cup.
I found this easy strawberry smoothie recipe for the spring that is clean and healthy, but is sweet and enjoyable too! My father-in-law makes me fresh homemade yogurt for my pregnancy so I used his yogurt for this one afternoon and it was DELISH and fresh!

The Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries (whole or sliced)
- 1/4 cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt (I use my father in law’s homemade yogurt!)
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter (can also be peanut butter or any nut butter of your choice!)
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
Blend these all up with about 2 cups of ice and be sure to throw it in a nice glass/cup for that cute aesthetic! An adorable little straw helps too!
Enjoy! xoxo
